u know what??? we have been taking this poem just after an hour .. it is "The Waste Land" by T S Eliot..
aha .. now i can explain this to u ...
people in EC were disappointed after the great war , they lost their hope .. they preffered winter coz they could stay home and do nothing .. April is the season in which people used to sacrify a beautiful lady to the godesses of spring ... people in london didn't enjoy spring coz it was the time of killing ..
that is what i know ... don't feel upset .. this is only in a spacific time ... and now it's over .. people are waiting for spring ... April ..
